If it makes sense to work together, you'll receive a clear proposal: scope, timeline, cost, and what success looks like. If it doesn't make sense, we'll tell you that too.

Once aligned, we start immediately. First demo within the first week. You see progress, not PowerPoint.

How much does a project cost?
Depends on scope. Fixed-scope MVPs start around $15-25K. Retainer partnerships start at $5K/month. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call.
How long does it take?
Most projects: 4-8 weeks from kickoff to production. Complex builds may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal.
Do you work with organizations outside Atlantic Canada?
Yes, but our focus is community-serving organizations in Atlantic Canada. If you're elsewhere and your mission aligns, we're open to it.
What if I'm not sure AI is the right solution?
Good. We'll tell you if it's not. The discovery call helps determine if AI makes sense—or if there's a simpler path.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. 2 weeks post-launch support is included in every project. Ongoing retainer support is available if needed.
